Story
We love those great Trumps card games from our childhood. The cards made by Dubreq, Waddingtons and Jotastar were the most insane and imaginative sets in the 70s and 80s and we have fond memories of Horror Trumps, Doctor Who Trumps, Marvel Superheroes Trumps and many more. 
And that's what we wanted to recreate - that feel of having a new, yet old, pack of cards in your hand, that you could just pick up and play with a friend at a dining table, on a car journey, in the park...anywhere! No complicated rules - no dice. Just pick up and play like it's 1979 again! Simple. 
So here we are with our own lockdown offering - as a tribute to those games we loved - two sets of old school horrific 'Terror Trumps'. Featuring some familiar and some very strange characters from the world of horror, all embracing an old school retro art glow. Each set has 32 character cards, so you can mix them together and have one super huge game. They also include full rules, title cards and character checklists. 
We've also added a whole new twist - special cards that ramp up your game like never before. A modifier could make all the difference! 
And our guarantee is that, if we get the chance to create even more cards down the line, everything will always be playable with these sets. The rules Terror Trumps is a game for two or more players. Shuffle and deal the cards equally. Each player holds their cards so that they can see only their top card. No peeking at the others! The player on the dealer’s left reads out one piece of information such as the Strength or Power from their top card. The other players read out the same item. The one with the highest value wins and places all the cards, including their own, at the bottom of their hand. It is then their turn to choose an item from their new top card. If two or more players share top value, all the top cards are placed in the middle and the same player chooses again from their next card. The winner of the trick takes the cards in the middle as well.
